An extensive programme of alterations were needed to the 2nd and 3rd floor offices of a building NHS Property Services, leased in the centre of Warwick. The programme of works included extensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of the offices to maximise the space for 220 employees, plus a hot desking resource.
We carried out DDA adaptations, refurbished the kitchens and toilets, removed and replaced partition walls to create new work spaces, redecorated, laid new flooring, installed and relocated air conditioning systems and all the electrical requirements including data cables, connections and lights etc.
The works were all undertaken in live environments and occupied during working hours.
We delivered the refurbishment works to a strict programme, accommodating the needs of various stakeholders.
