Warwickshire County Council has a corporate property portfolio of over 950 properties, excluding schools and social housing, the Council has a obligation to ensure that these buildings are safe and fit for purpose. They achieve this by the “Building Responsive and Planned Maintenance and Minor Improvement Works Framework”. There are five contractors on this framework, where contracts are won by mini competition.
Arden were successfully appointed as one of the contractors, historically we have been undertaking similar work for Warwickshire County Council for over 20 years, as a consequence we have established excellent working relationships with the clients/stakeholders and our supply chain, providing added value to Warwickshire County Council.
We’re delivering various maintenance disciplines, including general building and construction, refurbishment and renovation, using our experienced in-house specialist maintenance teams. All employees are enhanced DBS checked.
As part of this framework we work in educational establishments (infant, primary, secondary and colleges), corporate buildings, community, youth, business, children’s and teaching centres, care homes, libraries, fire stations, highway depots, country farms and smallholdings.
For more information about our planned maintenance, minor improvements and commercial maintenance work, please see commercial maintenance services or commercial maintenance and refurbishment pages.
